Theodore M. Norton established this scholarship to honor Professor Fauneil J. Rinn and commemorate and continue her advocacy of the advancement of women. Theodore was Professor Rinn's friend and colleague at San Jose State University. This scholarship was intended to benefit women full-time students in the political science or master of public administration programs at San Jos State University.
