If you have type 1 diabetes and are successfully managing the condition with proper exercise, medication and diet, then you may be eligible for a variety of college scholarships. Organizations that provide scholarships for students with type 1 diabetes include Team Type 1, the Diabetes Scholars Foundation, the Scott & Kim Verplank Foundation, the American Association of Health and Disability, the Kids With Courage Foundation and others.
