Scholarships for Non-U.S. Citizens
If you’re a Non-U.S. Citizen trying to find a way to pay for college, you may be worried that your lack of citizenship will get in your way. Luckily, a number of scholarships are available for Non-U.S. Citizens, and you could be eligible for one or more of them. Many of the available scholarships are offered by various organizations and foundations such as TheDream.US, Chicano Organizing and Research in Education, Activ8, La Unidad Latina Foundation, the Momeni Foundation, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the Women in Aerospace Foundation. Requirements vary from scholarship to scholarship, but students will generally need to submit official transcripts, meet a minimum grade point average, be interested in a certain field of study or demonstrate a certain level of financial need. Proof of U.S. citizenship is, of course, not required. To find out about more scholarships for Non-U.S. Citizens, keep reading below.
