Scholarships for Chinese Students

With a population of more than 1 billion, there are a lot of people in China, and there are countless other Chinese people in other parts of the world. If you’re one of those people, you may qualify for one or more college scholarships. Most scholarships for Chinese students are offered by various organizations and foundations such as the Asian Pacific Fund, the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation, the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund. Others are offered by individual schools such as Boston College and Wesleyan University. Requirements vary from scholarship to scholarship, but students will generally need to provide documentation of their Chinese ancestry, demonstrate a certain level of financial need, meet a minimum grade point average or show community involvement.
