Scholarships for Medicine Majors
Are you pursuing a degree in medicine? The good news is that the demand for medical professionals is only increasing. But before you can take advantage of the favorable job market, you need to figure out a way to pay for school. Fortunately, there are a number of scholarships available to medicine majors. Nonprofit foundations fund many scholarships for medicine majors, while others are provided by professional groups, such as the American Medical Women’s Association. Some scholarships may require students to pursue a certain specialty, such as pediatrics or internal medicine, and many have a minimum GPA requirement. Applicants may need to submit transcripts, an essay and letters of recommendation. See the list below to find the right medicine scholarship for you.
