Scholarships for Industrial Engineering Majors

Obtaining an industrial engineering degree opens up a wide variety of employment possibilities. And as the demand for professional industrial engineers increases, so do the related scholarship opportunities. Many professional organizations, such as the Institute of Industrial Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers, offer scholarships to students pursuing industrial engineering degrees. In order to qualify for many of these scholarships, students need to demonstrate leadership abilities and involvement in applicable extracurricular activities. Often, a GPA above 3.0 is required.
