Scholarships for Food Science Majors

The food industry is huge and offers a wide range of career opportunities to food science professionals. And, fortunately for food science majors, there is a wide range of scholarship opportunities available to help them pay for school. Numerous foundations, professional organizations and corporations encourage students to prepare for careers in the field by providing them with scholarships. Some scholarships for food science majors require students to enroll in an Institute of Food Technologist-approved program, or have to a specific focus for a research project.
