Bowling Scholarships
As you probably already know, paying for a higher education is a lot more difficult than scoring a perfect 300. Luckily, a number of bowling scholarships are available. Some of the available scholarships are offered by organizations such as the United States Bowling Congress, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and the National Junior College Athletic Association. Others are provided by individual colleges and universities such as Wichita State University, Texas Southern University and Vincennes University. Depending on which scholarship you apply for, you’ll be required to make it onto the bowling team at the college of your choice, submit official transcripts, demonstrate a certain level of financial need or meet a minimum grade point average.
