- Judging Criteria:Recipients are selected each spring by the Wisconsin Garden Club Scholarship Selection Committee within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. Selection will be based 50% on academic record, 30% on financial need, 10% on character and 10% on occupational objectives
