This scholarship has been created by the Mobile Section in memory of William H. Harrison, Jr. It is available to high school graduate who will 2-year associates degree in welding and/or engineering, or a certificate in welding and/or engineering. Applicants must be a US citizen and resident of the Mobile geographical area who will attend a two-year course of study that will result in at least an associates degree.
