- Athletics:The applicant must have played golf in WV as an amateur for recreation or competition (or have been or are presently employed in WV as a caddie, grounds keeper, bag boy, etc.)
- Employer:The applicant must have been or are presently employed in WV as a caddie, grounds keeper, bag boy, etc. (or played golf in WV as an amateur for recreation or competition).
