- Essay:A personal letter (two pages maximum) describing why you should receive the award
- Recommendation Letters:Reference Letter from college professor(s)
- Other Materials:Character Reference Form; Financial Information Form; High school transcript, including ACT/SAT scores, and college transcript, including semesters completed, current course schedule, and GPA.
