Umbarger Show Feed Scholarship (in Memory of Steve Taylor)

This scholarship is established in memory of Steve Taylor by Umbarger Show Feeds to honor Steve and his passion for agriculture. The scholarship recognizes a graduating senior in a community served by Umbarger Show Feeds as well as a user of Umbarger Show Feeds. Applicants must be planning to enroll at an accredited two or four-year public or private college or university and must demonstrate an interest in agriculture through activities in 4-H and/or FFA.

  • Age/Grade Level:
    Must be graduating high school senior from a community served by Umbarger Show Feed dealers
  • Financial Need:
    Preferred
  • Other Academic Requirements:
    Demonstrates academic preparation and performance consistent with his/her chosen area of study
  • College:
    Planning to enroll at any accredited college or university in pursuit of a two or four-year degree
  • Extracurricular:
    Demonstrates his/her interest in agriculture through activities in 4-H and/or FFA; Has a sustained level of meaningful community service and able to demonstrate how volunteer activities have benefitted them and/or their community
  • Miscellaneous:
    Must a user of Umbarger Show Feeds
