Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum GPA:2.50
- Financial Need:Required
- Other Academic Requirements:Must be enrolled in Texas in a degree plan leading to a first associate, baccalaureate, master's or doctoral degree; Must complete at least 24 credit hours per year (18 credit hours per year if a graduate student) with a minimum completion rate of 75%; Must be enrolled at least 3/4 time
- Residence:Must be resident of Texas (or are non-resident)
- College:Must enroll in an eligible institution in Texas private, nonprofit colleges or universities
- Miscellaneous:Must register for Selective Service or be exempt from this requirement
