    Please write an essay (maximum of 2 pages double spaced) telling us about yourself, your family, your hobbies, extracurricular activities, interests and/or travels, your educational goals, the community service you have done and why you should be chosen for this scholarship.
  • Recommendation Letters:
    Letters of recommendation (one must be from a teacher)
  • Portfolio/Work Samples:
    Submit two to three works of art; examples include but are not limited to paintings, sculptures, drawings, photography, digital productions, graphic designs, dance and/or theatrical performances. Evidence must be provided for performances and cannot exceed 5 minutes; video, online link etc. All art projects will be returned.
