Tony Group Scholarship Fund is provided to a child or grandchild of a current Tony Group employee who plans to attend a two or four-year, not-for-profit institution within the US. The scholarship was established in 2015 to provide financial support to dependents of Tony Groups employee.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Age/Grade Level:
    The applicant must be a high school senior or college freshman.
  • Minimum GPA:
    2.70
  • Financial Need:
    Required
  • Other Academic Requirements:
    The awardee must attend as a full-time student (as determined by your schools financial aid office).
  • Residence:
    The applicant must be a resident of the State of Hawaii.
  • College:
    The awardee must attend an accredited, two or four-year, not-for-profit institution within the US.
  • Employer:
    The applicant must be a child or grandchild of a current Tony Group employee (employed full-time at Tony Group for at least one year prior to the application deadline).
  • Other Benefits:
    The scholarship can be used for any educational expenses related to your schools cost of attendance, which may include tuition and fees, books and supplies, room and board, and other miscellaneous school expenses for the awarded academic year.

    Applicant must write a Personal Statement that may be copied and pasted into the online application.
  • Recommendation Letters:
    Applicant must submit two letters of recommendation.
