Tom Smith Memorial Scholarship was established by the Covington Optimist Club in 2002. The scholarship was created in memory of Tom Smith. He was a Covington resident who supports students in pursuing their college education.

    There is no minimum GPA required, however, attendance and dedication to further their education are considered.
