American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation, Inc.

The scholarship was established to provide educational opportunities to outstanding students who have been licensed for at least two years and currently hold a General Class or higher Amateur Radio license and are pursuing a degree in Science and Engineering at an accredited four-year college or university.
