The Robert A. Catlin/David W. Long Memorial Fellowship was established to promote the profession of urban planning among Black students and build a community of Black planning professionals who supports one another.

    Students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities are especially encouraged to apply.

    Majoring in urban planning or a related field (environmental studies, geography, urban studies, urban policy etc.)
  • Ethnicity:
    Black community
  • Miscellaneous:
    The fellow shall work to complete a service project as defined by the members of the Executive Committee
