American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation, Inc.

This scholarship is open to U.S. citizen students that reside in North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and the State of Tennessee who will pursue a bachelor degree in any field of engineering and will enroll at an accredited four-year college or university. Applicants must have a license of active Novice Class Amateur Radio License or higher.
