The Educational Endowment Fund was established in 1988 by the PICA Foundation. The fund is also known as Edgar H. Snider Memorial Scholarship at Clemenson University. The fund gives financial support to students pursuing graphic communications or graphic arts & imaging technology at community colleges and universities in North & South Carolina.
