The Dan Huettl, WZ7U, Memorial Scholarship amounting to $1000 is given to ARRL members with a general class license or higher who are interested in the field of science, technology, engineering or mathematics. Applicant need to be enrolled at any accredited graduate school or four-year undergraduate school. Studens attending Arizona State University will be given preference.

    Preference will be given to previous recipients if s/he reapplies and continues to meet eligibility requirements. If no such applicant is identified, preference is given to applicants attending Arizonia State University. Otherwise, the scholarship may be awarded to any an applicant enrolled at any accredited graduate school or four-year undergraduate school. Applicants may receive this scholarship multiple times provided they reapply each year and continue to meet eligibility requirements, up to four years for undergraduate study and up to two years for graduate study.
