This scholarship is designed to help students who reside in Texas (or non-residents or foreign students) who will attend only in the state of Texas colleges or universities and public colleges. In addition, applicants must register for Selective Service or be exempt from this requirement and must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
