    Graduates; Have received a GED; Home Schooled
  • Financial Need:
    Required
  • Other Academic Requirements:
    Have attained at least average scholastic achievement; Attend school for the full term as a full-time student with a minimum of 12 credit hours.
  • Residence:
    have resided in Walla Walla County for at least three (3) years at the time of application
  • School:
    For graduates of Walla Walla High School
  • College:
    College level or at a special art school.
  • Major/Career:
    Major in visual arts
