    Resident from the West Hawaii county in the State of Hawaii

    Attend an accredited, two or four-year, not-for-profit institution within the US
  • Major/Career:
    Study in the fields of arts or healthcare
  • Miscellaneous:
    Would be the first in their family to graduate from college (first generation students)
