Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation

This scholarship was started by the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation in 1987 with a grant from the Employers Council. The Employers Council was formed to promote better relations between business and labor. This scholarship aims to encourage the creation and retention of jobs throughout the service area of the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation.
