Phelps County Community Foundation
This scholarship was established to benefit graduating seniors or graduates of any Phelps County High School planning to enroll full-time or be a current full-time student at any technical or trade school. Applicants must demonstrate consistent involvement and leadership in extracurricular activities, church activities, and community service. Students must also demonstrate commitment and responsibility through work experience.
