    Award Selection will be based on the application and recommendations, commitment and participation plans for study, CNA, nursing or health-related organizations and professional vision and direction.

    A one page typed essay, describing educational goals and how they relate to personal and professional vision for healthcare
  • Recommendation Letters:
    Two letters of recommendation, which must be attached to the completed application and included by the deadline date. Letters of recommendation from relatives are NOT acceptable. One letter of reference must be from a CNA-NNOC member. The letters CANNOT be older than one year and each must relate to thisscholarship and address at least one of the following three areas:CNA activitiesCompetence in work settingAcademic ability
