Ventura County Community Foundation

This scholarship is awarded to deserving students who are graduating from any high school in Ventura County and enrolling in an accredited 4-year college or university or an accredited community college. Though the scholarship is open to applicants majoring in any field, preference in the selection process will be given to those majoring in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, and other language arts. Applicants also be a resident of Ventura County and must demonstrate excellent scholarship, initiative, good citizenship and excellent writing skills.

    Any but preference in the selection process will be given to those majoring in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, and other language arts
