Roy A. Gustafson Memorial Scholarship Fund
Ventura County Community Foundation
The Roy A. Gustafson Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by James C. Basile in memory of Roy A. Gustafson a former Ventura County District Attorney and a judge to the Ventura County Superior Court by appointed by Governor Ronald Reagan. In 1969, he became an Associate Justice, California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division 1 and remained there until his retirement in 1971.
