The scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to graduating seniors or high school graduates of a public or private high school in San Mateo County, San Francisco County, or Santa Clara County who are late bloomer that demonstrate academic promise and continuous grade point average improvement and are planning to attend a two- or four-year college, university or vocational school as a full-time student.

    Graduating high school senior or graduate of a public or private high school in San Mateo County, San Francisco County, or Santa Clara County
  • College:
    Planning to enroll or enrolled in two- or four-year college, university or vocational school as a full-time student
  • Extracurricular:
    Applicant demonstrates community involvement
  • Other Benefits:
    Previous applicants/recipients may reapply
