The PRSA Hawai'i/Roy Leffingwell Scholarship was established in honor of the late Roy L. Leffingwell, APR, founder of International Public Relations, Hawaii's first full-service counseling firm. Roy was active in public relations organizations including the National Association of Public Relations Counsel and was a former chapter president and 1993 Professional of the Year.
