PMHC MIRIAM FASTENAU MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP is awarded to a dependent of an individual who is currently an employee of the Phelps Memorial Health Center (PMHC). Must be a graduating senior, high school graduate, or a G.E.D., with GPA of 2.0, planning to study at a college, university, technical, or vocational school program leading to in a medically related field of study.
