This scholarship was established to benefit students from Grayson County High School or Galax High School. Applicants must be planning to attend a college, technical school, art school, community college, or any university located in Virginia, North Carolina, or Tennessee. Applicants must demonstrate good moral character and have participation in extracurricular activities. Financial need is required.
