Oscar and Rosetta Fish created this scholarship to benefit students majoring in Business at any University of Hawaii campus excluding Manoa. Oscar was a member of the University of Hawai'i's College of Business Administration's first MBA graduating class in 1959. Rosetta was a speech teacher at UH Manoa. They were committed to helping young people pursue higher education.
