Eligibility Requirements

- Other Academic Requirements:The applicant must be an outstanding student with a combined SAT score of at least 2100 (or an ACT score of at least 31). The scholarship is open to a student who plans to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university.
- Residence:The applicant must be a resident of Orange County, California who has completed their last three years of high school in Orange County.
- School:The applicant must be an Orange County graduating high school senior.
- College:The awardee must enroll at an accredited college or university.
