National Space Club
The scholarship is established in memory of the Honorable Olin E. Teague, a Representative in Congress who aggressively supported our national space program. The program is intended to encourage graduating high school senior to pursue careers in aerospace fields.

Eligibility Requirements
- Age/Grade Level:Must be graduating high school seniors
- Financial Need:Not Mentioned
- Citizenship:Must be a U.S. Citizen
- School:Must be a high school senior in an accredited U.S. high school
- College:Must attend an accredited U.S. college or university
- Major/Career:Must plan to pursue undergraduate studies in an aerospace field

- Essay:A Statement of Intent that indicates academic plans that would lead to a career in some area of aerospace sciences and/or technology; 500 words minimum, no longerthan two pages
- Recommendation Letters:At least one letter of recommendation from a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) faculty member or mentor
- Portfolio/Work Samples:A research paper focusing on applications to aerospace, five pages minimum (see later sections for paper format)
