The Northern Bay-Arenac Retired School Personnel Scholarship (NBARSP) is awarded to graduates student attending college, university, or licensed vocational technical school. Applicants must be involvement in school, community activities with minimum 2.5 GPA

    Graduate of Arenac Eastern, Au Gres-Sims, Pinconning Central, Standish Sterling Central, or Whittemore-Prescott high schools
  • Minimum GPA:
    2.50
  • Financial Need:
    Required
  • School:
    Graduate of Arenac Eastern, Au Gres-Sims, Pinconning Central, Standish Sterling Central, or Whittemore-Prescott high schools
  • College:
    Who will be attending college, university, or licensed vocational technical school in the fall following high school graduation.
  • Extracurricular:
    Involvement in school/community activities
  • Miscellaneous:
    Be a first-generation student (neither parent nor legal guardian that the student lives with has obtained a Bachelors Degree)Have been a resident of Bay County for 6 years

    Write an essay describing your most meaningful achievement(s), how they relate to your future goals, and why you are deserving of a scholarship. Essay must be between 2,500-3,000 characters (spaces do count).

    Two letters of recommendation at least one letter must be school-related and one letter may be personal or professional.
  • Other Materials:
    A portrait of the applicant.
