Nathan R. Hugo Scholarship
Bay Area Community Foundation
Family and friends of Nathan R. Hugo established this scholarship in 2001 in memory of him. Nate was a kind, gentle, caring, young man with a great sense of humor who touched so many lives in his 17 years. He was killed in a tragic automobile accident on March 30, 2001. This scholarship was designed to support high school seniors pursuing study in the field of Elementary Education. Preference will be given to a student involved in music and/or drama and a Garber High School Senior.

- Essay:Write an essay describing your most meaningful achievement(s), how they relate to your future goals, and why you are deserving of a scholarship. The essay must be between 2,500-3,000 characters (spaces do count).
- Recommendation Letters:Two letters of recommendation at least one letter must be school-related and one letter may be personal or professional.
