Martha l. Luigi Choral Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Ceil Frost in memory of her friend Martha Luigi. The scholarship was intended to benefit graduating high school senior at Rockport-Fulton High School pursuing a degree in music leading to certification in vocal performance, musical theatre or teaching certification in choral music. Applicants must be planning to attend college or university immediately following graduation.
