Magni-Power Company - William C. Martin, Jr. Scholarship is open to applicants who are boy scouts. The program is offered to residents of Wayne county or Killbuck District who has proof of an Eagle Scout rank or Life Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

    Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or student already enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate or two-year technical college student.

    Applicant must have an outstanding academic achievement.
  • Residence:
    Applicant must be a resident of Wayne County, Ohio or a resident of the Killbuck District (which includes Wayne County and Holmes County, Ohio).
  • College:
    An applicant may be a student already enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate or two-year technical college student.
  • Extracurricular:
    Applicant must have an outstanding community service.
  • Organization:
    Applicant must be a boy scout who has proof of an Eagle Scout rank or Life Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America.
