Luella James Scholarship

This scholarship was dedicated to Luella James, a school teacher in the early 1900s. Ms. James lived in Seward for fifty-seven years and was devoted to the town and its children. She valued education and was always delighted to help young individuals receive an education. This scholarship is open to graduating seniors of Seward High School planning to attend college or vocational school. Applicants must have active participation in community and extracurricular activities. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need.
