This scholarship was established in 1999 as a memorial to Lawrence and Mabel Rudberg. Dr. and Mrs. Rudberg both spent their professional lives teaching. They both value the importance of higher education and they were committed to provide financial assistance to students pursuing a college degree. This scholarship was intended to support graduating seniors from Two Harbors Senior High School and from Duluth public and private high schools.
