Established in memory of Larry Jay Brittain, this scholarship is open to high school graduates of Walla Walla County who will attend college, university, trade school or technical school. Applicants must demonstrate a desire to pursue higher education and an academic ability to achieve.

Eligibility Requirements
- Age/Grade Level:Must be high school graduate of Walla Walla County
- Financial Need:Required
- Other Academic Requirements:Must attend school for the full term as a full-time student with a minimum of 12 credit hours; Must have a maximum of 3 years of their undergraduate studies
- College:Must attend college, university, trade school or technical school
- Athletics:Must be active in youth baseball
- Miscellaneous:Applicants must reapply for subsequent scholarships; Must submit EFC number (Expected Family Contribution), Student Aid Report (SAR) received after completing the FAFSA or the FAFSA4caster
