Landscape Architecture Foundation

This scholarship was established in 1981 by Margaret Evans Berdan in memory of her friend Katharine MacConnell Grosscup. Katharine was a talented gardener, enthusiastic conservationist and active member of the Shaker Lakes Garden Club in Ohio. This award was designed to encourage the study of horticulture and related fields. Open to rising college sophomores, juniors, seniors and Masters degree candidates majoring in horticulture or related fields at institutions in IN, KY, MI, OH, PA or WV.
