Judy D. Smith Memorial Scholarship is To honor his wife, Bruce created a scholarship to exemplify Judys traits and profession. Over 22 years of teaching at Mt. Vernon Schools, Judy shared knowledge, talent, and love with many young people. Applicant must be a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School who plans to major in elementary education
