This scholarship was created in honor of Jimmie Ruth Picquet, a lifelong Bishop resident and a graduate of Bishop High School. It is available to graduating senior of Bishop High School who will attend college full-time to obtain a degree. Applicants must be a resident of Bishop, Texas and must demonstrate high scholastic achievement.
