This scholarship was established in memory of Jessica Lynn Herman to benefit graduating seniors from the Huntington Beach High School District. Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college or university. Students must exemplify a passion for both the humanities and the sciences and demonstrate selflessness through extracurricular activities and interactions with individuals in the community.
