    Attend either Delta College or Saginaw Valley State University for a minimum of 9 credit hours the proceeding fall.
  • Miscellaneous:
    Student who has overcome economic, social, emotional, or cultural obstacles - a student who was at risk and chose to become a survivor. Student who has taken the opportunity to benefit from the resources and advice of the professional staff to eliminate the negative and focus on the positive in his/her life.Be a first-generation student (neither parent nor legal guardian that the student lives with has obtained a Bachelors Degree)Have been a resident of Bay County for 6 years
