    Are physically or visually impaired or are otherwise disabled (or have had one or both parents killed or disabled while engaged in services in law enforcement or as a fire fighter,)
  • Employer:
    Have had one or both parents killed or disabled while engaged in services in law enforcement or as a fire fighter, (or are physically or visually impaired or are otherwise disabled.)
